As a courtesy to our guests, we email, text, and/or call reminders for reservations. However, please understand that if our guest services is unable to get in contact, it is the guest’s responsibility to remember appointment dates and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
Reservation / Cancellation Policy
- Day of cancellations or no show will be charged 100% of scheduled services
- A valid credit card is required at the time of scheduling to hold all reservations.
- For the courtesy of all guests and team members, a 48 hours notice of cancellations or rescheduling of any reservation is required.
- You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service for any changes or cancellations within 48 hours of original reservation. Missed appointments are held under this policy.
- Any guest who has frequently missed or rescheduled reservations will be required to prepay for any future reservations.
