Booking & First Visits
How do I book an appointment at Savoye?
Appointments can be booked online, by calling or texting our Guest Experience team at 920.434.4247, or through our Appointment Request form.
Online booking is the fastest option when you know which service you need. If you are unsure where to begin, contact our team and we will help you choose the appropriate service and provider.
Which services can I book online?
Online booking is currently available for:
• Academy services
• Blowouts
• Consultations
• Haircuts
• Hair-color services for new guests
• Hair-color services for current Savoye color guests
• Styling services
• Waxing
Service options and availability may vary by provider. If you do not see the service you need or are unsure what to choose, contact our Guest Experience team or submit an Appointment Request and we’ll help guide you.
What should I do if I am not sure which service to book?
You do not need to have everything figured out before contacting Savoye.
Explore the Savoye team, take the stylist matchmaking survey, or contact our Guest Experience team for guidance. Sharing your goals, current concerns, service history, and inspiration photos can help us point you toward the most appropriate service and provider. Savoye currently offers a stylist-match survey through its team page.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
Not every service requires a consultation. Haircuts and many maintenance services can be booked directly online.
A consultation is especially helpful for new hair color, major changes, gray blending, corrective work, or when you are unsure which service is right for you. Consultations can also be booked through Savoye’s online booking menu.
What can I expect during my first visit?
When you arrive, Savoye’s Guest Experience team will welcome you and help you settle in. A tour of the salon can also be provided so the space feels more familiar.
Your service provider will then talk through your goals, explain the service plan, and answer your questions. After the service, the team will provide guidance for maintaining your result, including styling or home-care recommendations when appropriate.
How long is a first haircut appointment?
First haircut appointment timing may vary depending on the service selected, your hair, and the plan created with your stylist.
That full appointment includes time for consultation, Aveda rituals, a relaxing shampoo and hot towel, the haircut, styling, and guidance for maintaining your result between visits. The exact timing may depend on your hair and the haircut plan created with your stylist.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Extensive preparation is not necessary, but a few details can make the consultation easier:
- Two or three useful inspiration photos
- An explanation of your normal styling routine
- Relevant color or chemical-service history
- Details about what is not working with your current hair
- Questions about maintenance, products, or styling
Photos showing what you do not want can also be helpful when they clarify an important concern.
Stylists, Levels & Team Culture
What are Savoye’s stylist levels, and what do they mean?
Savoye’s stylist path includes four levels:
- Academy Stylist
- Associate Stylist
- Advanced Stylist
- Master Stylist
Each title represents a stage within Savoye’s professional growth and education path.
Stylist levels help guests understand where each stylist is within Savoye’s professional development path. Advancement may reflect continued education, skill development, experience within the Savoye system, guest demand, performance, and other professional milestones.
All Savoye stylists are supported through the salon’s team-based culture and skill-certification process, regardless of level.
Do stylist levels affect service pricing?
Yes, service pricing may vary based on stylist level, service timing, and the customized plan created for the guest.
Prices shown online are starting points. Before beginning the service, the stylist should explain the plan and any factors that may affect the final price.
How do I choose the right stylist?
Consider the service you need, your hair goals, your maintenance preferences, and the type of experience that makes you feel comfortable.
You can explore the Savoye team, take the stylist matchmaking survey, or contact Guest Experience for help choosing a provider. Different stylists may have different strengths, specialties, personalities, and availability.
Can I work with more than one Savoye stylist?
Yes. Savoye’s team-based structure gives guests the freedom to work with different stylists based on service needs, specialties, availability, and personal fit.
You are not restricted to one provider, and there is no competition or discomfort around visiting another member of the Savoye team.
Services, Consultations & Pricing
Can I book a hair-color appointment online?
Yes. Savoye’s updated online booking menu includes separate hair-color options for new guests and current Savoye color guests.
Select the category that best describes you to explore the available services. If you are planning a major change, corrective service, or are unsure which option to choose, begin with a consultation or contact our Guest Experience team.
What happens during a hair-color consultation?
During a color consultation, the stylist may discuss:
- Your current hair and color history
- Your desired result
- Inspiration photos
- Maintenance expectations
- Timing
- Product or home-care needs
- The recommended service plan
- Expected pricing or a pricing range
The purpose is to create a clear and realistic plan before the color service is scheduled or begins.
Are the prices shown online final?
Prices shown online are starting prices. Final pricing may depend on the service selected, stylist level, appointment length, hair density or length, product required, and the plan created during the consultation.
Your stylist will explain the recommended plan before the service begins.
Policies & Appointment Information
Is a credit card required to reserve an appointment?
Yes. Savoye’s current policy requires a valid credit card to be kept on file when scheduling an appointment.
What is Savoye’s cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Because appointment time is reserved specifically for each guest, cancellations or changes made on short notice can leave that time unavailable to another guest and impact the salon when the appointment cannot be refilled.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or changing an appointment.
• Changes or cancellations within 48 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• Day-of cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please contact Savoye as soon as possible if you expect to arrive late. Depending on the amount of time remaining and the service scheduled, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled so the next guest’s reserved time is protected.
What should I do if I have a concern after my service?
Please contact Savoye as soon as possible so the team can understand your concern and determine the appropriate next step.
